Since opening its first store in Bahrain in 2007, Maya La Chocolaterie has now become a regional phenomenon, currently owning franchises in Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Jordan, with Oman, Lebanon and Kuwait also on their way soon.
When you step inside this chocolate boutique you'll find décor the colour of white, milk and dark chocolate and deliciously extravagant chocolate treats. Maya offers specialty hot chocolates, frozen chocolate shakes, chocolate desserts, pastries, and the signature chocolate fondue - which is hugely recommended. There are also a number of handmade truffles and pralines on sale, as well as chocolate bars, nuts and sugar-free chocolates.
Today, Maya La Chocolaterie is one of the most successful chocolate brands in the GCC and Middle East. The Riyadh branch can be found on Al Tahliya Street.
