The ticket includes full winter gear such as jackets, gloves, socks, and sterilized snow boots, so visitors can start their snow activities immediately without extra preparation.
Separate male and female instructors are available to assist guests, ensuring comfort and privacy during the visit. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone who needs to purchase a separate ticket.
