Took a while to get out drink. The pizza was good but I was expecting more, I make my own oven pizza in a brick oven I made. The sauce is excellent. The mis of parmasean with basil, olive oil, is great with the premium tomato sauce they are using. The cheese needs an upgrade, it's not like the ones I use, I assume it's not 100% animal fat, but it taste similar to mine. There are other options they can find now, not like 5 years ago. The dough also is not puffing enough on the crust, so it feels heavy, even though the oven temp is high (I'd guess about 750f), might need small amount more yeast or proof time, we had the pizzas at asr time on second day of Eid, pizzas at late night might be different. Salt is a bit high for me but ok, as I do with around 2%. On the rest of the pizza it's flat and crispy. Price is ok for experience and location. Overall it's similar to a real homemade pizza in a brick oven. Wife said it's exactly like mine(sometimes) and she's right. Lasagna tastes like a simple homemade one with premium tomatoes, simple cheeses and not alot of spices. Topped in the oven for that nice fresh oven fired smell. Great. Free appetizer of bread sticks and crushed olives are great, though for the pizza dough I'd prefer it puffs more. For the chewy dough bits it's fine as is.
Nice Italian restaurant.. staff are friendly and helpful.. food is fresh and tasty.. the have wide variety of Pizza.. the have nice outdoor and indoor seating areas with lots of parking.. I wish they turn off the air fresheners in the indoor area as it's causing respiratory irritation and allergic reactions ..
