We think that Shing Yang is perhaps the best Chinese restaurant in the Medina as the restaurant oozes vibes of a restaurant situated in the Far East. The décor is typical of the Far East with wooden serving bowls and ornate screens separating tables for a sense of privacy while you dine. For your main course, try the house speciality - a delicious, tender chicken in a smooth cashew nut sauce or the prawn fried rice, fried in butter and garlic with a sprinkling of chilli. All the dishes are prepared with a selection of authentic Far Eastern spices.
