Had a wonderful lunch here with my son. The restaurant was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful natural sunlight and a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially the Japanese crispy rice, gyoza, wagyu, and short rib. Special thanks to Asif for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. Robata is one of those places that gets everything right. The food is consistently excellent and you can tell the quality of the ingredients comes first. The sushi was incredibly fresh and everything we ordered from the robata grill was full of flavor without trying too hard. The atmosphere is stylish but comfortable and the music selection was spot on. It added so much to the overall vibe without taking over the conversation. The service was just on point from start to finish. A+ on all levels!

I have been less than 2 months in riyadh, and i tried several places, I rarely said Woow for the food when I left the place. This is definitely a great place. Sadly I can’t try out the entire menu during one visit but I would definitely come back for the following reasons: First impression by the receptionists very good, polite and welcoming. The staff seemed very caring and willing to help with the orders. The card is so large that you are variety of choices. I tried to test the chefs skills on freshness of the raw fish and the cooked fish, on grilled meat, on the rice seasoning. On the temperature and the way of cooking. Besides the rice that could be slightly improved for the sushi, the rest was above the expectations. Flavors were homogene, no flavor was overtaking on the fish itself or the meat. I gave 4 stars for the service because the wasabi wasnt added to the aburi nor offered with the aburi. Sometimes getting the staff attention for extra orders or needs was challenging although the restaurant was empty. In terms of guidance, the staff could be more a knowledgeable about the card and offer other things than just approving or disapproving. The dessert was also tasty ! And the rose tea quality was above my expectations. I would definitely Rank you guys the top so far in Riyadh compared to some places like Kuuru, Wakame … etc etc !! Every bite was worth it!
