He made sure we had everything we needed, checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and always had a friendly smile. His excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. The hotel is very close to the Haram entrance and very convenient to make ablution between prayers or visits. The entrance is luxurious and cozy at the same time, and the rooms are beautifully furnished. Mr. Mishaal AlGhamedi served us very well and kindly in our requests.
