I booked this hotel through the OYO app for a two-night stay. The room was decent, but the furniture looked quite old and could use some updating. The bed had no back support, making it uncomfortable to sit and relax, and there were no bedside switches to conveniently control the lights. On the positive side, the washroom was clean, spacious, and included a bathtub, which was a nice feature. However, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities such as shampoo, a dental kit, and towels, even after requesting them from the staff. Improving room facilities and ensuring essential toiletries are always available would make the overall stay much more comfortable.
Excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Khalid—very professional and helpful. However, the overall experience was affected by several areas that need improvement. The furniture quality is below average, there were no towels available in the restroom, the cushions were uncomfortable, and the walls require fresh paint. Additionally, the tables would benefit from replacement. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.
I had a very pleasant experience at Sunday Hotel. Mr. Khalid and Mr. Osama were extremely professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. Their hospitality was excellent, and they made sure everything was comfortable and smooth. It is always nice to meet staff who truly care about guests and provide such kind support.
