The stay was good at this hotel, clean rooms perfect atmosphere, good food & good front desk staff specially the arabic guy I don't remember his name his nature was friendly. Apart from these we had an problem at the restaurant after our breakfast we were stopped to carry the fruits. That moment was bit of annoying.
I stayed at the Radisson Blu Jeddah Plaza and found it to be an average experience. I wouldn't rate it as a true 4-star hotel, but it's definitely better than a typical 3-star property. One of my biggest disappointments was that Booking.com advertised the hotel as having a spa and massage centre. Unfortunately, I was told these facilities have been closed for over a year, yet they are still listed online. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was frustrating. The rooms are also quite outdated and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. They are clean enough, but they don't reflect the standard you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The shower pressure was mediocre. It was usable, but I expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Another surprise was that there were no weighing scales anywhere in the hotel. I was informed that Radisson Blu has changed its policy and no longer provides them. Considering many guests are international travellers with airline baggage weight limits, this seems like an unnecessary inconvenience. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, although quite matter-of-fact. On the other hand, the rest of the hotel staff were superb—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a positive difference to the stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly limited. If you're expecting a full continental breakfast with a wide variety of options, you may be disappointed. Overall, the hotel is comfortable enough, but the outdated rooms, inaccurate information about its facilities, the lack of some basic traveller conveniences, and the limited breakfast make it difficult to recommend as a genuine 4-star experience.
I’m here is during Ramadhan,I went for iftar it’s was so impressed that food is extremely delicious and variety and the staff was so great I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Hamzah and Kiran for their exceptional service. Both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care made my experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Staff like them make a big difference, and they are a great asset to the hotel. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back again!
We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Naseem and were truly impressed by every aspect of our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. Every meal we had at the restaurant was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. A very special thank you to Rezwan at the hotel restaurant, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and especially took wonderful care of my children. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We truly felt valued as guests and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. We look forward to staying again! Hamida
