I’ve stayed at many hotels in Jeddah, and Joudyan Red Sea Mall is quickly becoming one of my favorites, especially for business travel. It’s incredibly convenient, with easy parking, simple access in and out, and a direct connection to Red Sea Mall. One of the real standouts for me was the food. I’m generally not a fan of hotel breakfast buffets, but this one was phenomenal. It felt very well curated, the food was fresh and genuinely excellent, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. When you’re traveling, having really good food in a clean, comfortable setting makes a big difference. The rooms are also very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. I’m not usually much of a mall person, but Red Sea Mall is probably my favorite mall in Saudi Arabia, so having it connected directly to the hotel is a huge plus. For convenience, comfort, service, food, and location, this is an excellent choice in Jeddah. I really enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back.

I never expected to change my opinion, but I believe great improvements deserve to be recognized. During my previous stay, I gave this hotel only one star because my experience was disappointing. This time, however, I was genuinely impressed. It is clear that the management listens to guest feedback and is committed to continuous improvement, and it truly shows. From the moment I arrived, I received warm, professional, and friendly service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, and the reception staff were courteous, efficient, and always greeted guests with a smile. What impressed me most is the teamwork. The staff work together like one family. If you ask any employee for assistance, they don’t simply tell you to contact another department. Instead, they immediately take ownership of your request, contact the right team themselves, and make sure everything is taken care of. This proactive attitude made my stay smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Renad, whose professionalism and genuine care for guests deserve recognition. She listens carefully to guest feedback, follows up on concerns, and clearly cares about improving the guest experience. Because of her dedication and the efforts of the entire team, my opinion of this hotel has completely changed. Over all excellent. I love your hotel. Thank you for being my shelter once I faced survival mode in Jeddah due to flights cancellation bcz of the war. Thank you for the best reception guy, ANAN, really helped my booking process went smoothly. I love staying here and really enjoyed the facilities, like the female gym and swimming pool as well. The room with Red Sea view was really stunning. I could watch and catch the sunset through the window. I love the hi technology as well. I will definitely come back for any occasions to your hotel 💖
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Jeddah. The overall experience was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort to the quality of service. One of the biggest advantages is the location inside Red Sea Mall, which made everything very convenient. I would especially like to thank Lama Al-Turkistani at the reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her professionalism and positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
