First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their warm hospitality. I spent 3 nights there, and it was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.
Mr Tuhin and Mr sharif were really nice, helpful and hardworking for housekeeping. They did a good job! Mr Sadam always made us feel welcome at breakfast! He is quite hardworking. The overall experience was very nice, comfortable and I really enjoy the Saturday pool that’s exclusively ladies prioritizing their privacy.
I would rate Hyatt House 4 stars overall. What truly made our stay enjoyable were the exceptional staff members, especially Jahid and Saddam. Jahid went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. When we experienced an issue with our room smelling of smoke, the reception team was unfortunately not very helpful in resolving the situation. However, Jahid stepped in immediately—he personally showed us alternative rooms and, after I explained that my son has asthma and could not stay in a smoking room, he made sure we were moved to a suitable space. He also kindly assisted us with relocating our bags, which made a stressful situation much easier. Saddam also deserves recognition for his excellent service. After just one order, he remembered exactly what my children liked, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay. While the reception experience could definitely be improved, the care and attentiveness from staff like Jahid and Saddam made a big difference and are the reason I would still recommend this hotel.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel in Jeddah. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made my stay extremely relaxing. All the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I would like to give special thanks to the chef, Mr. Arbaj, for the amazing food. Every meal was delicious and prepared with great care. I also want to thank the wonderful kitchen staff — Mr. Salman, Mr. Bayazid, and Mr. Amin — for their hard work and dedication to providing such great meals. A special thank you as well to the front desk lady, Ms. Amani, who was very helpful, friendly, and always welcoming. I truly appreciated her support during my stay. I would also like to recognize Mr. Abdulelah, the security guard, who was always polite, professional, smiling, made me feel like am at my home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed my time here. I will definitely come back every time I visit Jeddah, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling there.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was great. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the stay even better. Special thanks to Chef Arbaj Zohor who was amazing — especially the pancakes and waffles, they were honestly some of the best I’ve had. Also a big thank you to Ameen Boyzid, the waiter, for the excellent service. He was very kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
