I’ve stayed for one night and it was amazing. Clean rooms, nice view, respectful staff. The lady at the reception (Zain or Zayn) was nice & friendly even though she was very busy with a lot of customers checking in but she was very patient with the costumers and smiley face.
Good experience due to the close proximity to the Airport and convenient location. Rooms spacious and very comfortable beds. House keeping ar high standard. Breakfast was good and adequate but lacks the morning filter coffee provisions.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel after our Hajj. We were exhausted, hungry and just in need of comfort and good service which we found at the Best Western. Check in was easy. Staff were extremely helpful. The rooms large and clean and the location is no more than 15 mins away from Jeddah airport. Highly recommend
Mr Mahmood, Food ans beverage manager is very generous. Restaurants has a fantastic decoration,excellent staff, amazing taste food. Thanks for the great IFTAR and hospitality.. Maintain this level will be a big challenges for the others to compete you ❤️
Everything was perfect ,, the staff is more than kind . Special thank you to the Sir who hosted us at the reception upon our arrival for checkin, people at the restaurant Mr jamil,(offred a drink to mu son) the waitress (i forgot her name),lady Nawal(offred a candy to my son), they were kind with us , specially with our son. We appreciated very much our stay , people are welcoming and smiling, which make the hotel reallly warm . Special thank you to the people who help with the laggagges , very polite. Kind, reactive and quick I like the attention to the details in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are very well equiped. The diner was good We will derinitely come back inchallah . Thank you for every thing .
