Unforgettable Anniversary Stay with Outstanding Service We booked two nights for our wedding anniversary—one basic room and one suite—and upon arrival, the team generously upgraded us to the suite for both nights! We encountered a few technical issues with some facilities, but the staff were extremely understanding and kindly treated us to a luxurious complimentary dinner. They were equally receptive and graceful when I shared some overall feedback. Much love and respect to AlAnoud, Faisal, and the rest of the front desk team—they were absolutely amazing!
We, a family of four with very young children, truly enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel and loved every minute of it! From our beautiful room to the special and carefully crafted interiors of all facilities as well as the Najdi village like layout of the hotel and the most delicious food and beverages, everything was exceptional! And what truly stands out is the friendliness, dedication and attentitiveness of the entire team! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we spend an unforgettable time at this marvellous hotel. Diriyah is my favourite part of Riyadh and Bab Samhan is bringing the Diriyah feeling to life most beautifully. I cannot wait to return for a stay and/or special events.
We had a truly exceptional experience visiting Bab Samhan at Diriyah during the evening, and I would like to sincerely thank the GM: Fabrice Ducry for the warm welcome, outstanding hospitality, and the genuine professionalism shown throughout our visit. We were there for a business gathering celebrating a special occasion, and the atmosphere made the entire experience memorable. A special thanks as well to Nawaf Al Harbi from the restaurant team for his kindness, welcoming attitude, and excellent service. His professionalism and warm hospitality genuinely elevated the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with unique flavors and dishes that made the dining experience stand out. The hotel beautifully captures the spirit of old Saudi heritage with a luxurious modern touch. Every detail reflects the authentic Najdi architectural style, making you feel as if you are living a piece of Saudi history in an incredibly elegant and refined setting. The ambiance, especially during the evening, was absolutely stunning. The venue also offers beautifully designed spaces suitable for business meetings, team gatherings, family occasions, or social events with friends. I highly recommend every visitor to Riyadh, whether from within Saudi Arabia or abroad to take the opportunity to visit this remarkable destination. It is truly a unique and unforgettable experience.
I recently visited Samhan Lounge and had a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is calm and elegant making it a perfect place to relax. The coffee and dessert was delicious. What truly made my visit stand out was Abdullah Aqil. He welcomed me warmly and was very attentive throughout my time there. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in with a genuine smile which made me feel comfortable and valued. Thanks to his outstanding service my visit felt truly special and well taken care of from beginning to end. I left with a very positive impression and would be happy to return again. Special thanks to Abdullah Aqil for his excellent hospitality.
