Ac was not working properly they used switch off in midnights the connection Had big time debates with receptionist
The room was next level and price was very good. I was happy with everything but 99% staff are excellent apart one or two. The hotel manager was awesome and very helpful.
Overall is exceptional to stay. The room is big enough to stay comfortable.The location is really good, close to supermarket.The breakfast is good but limited of seat.
Almuhaidib Residence – Riyadh The place is new, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were excellent. I was planning to make it my go-to stay in Riyadh. Unfortunately, the hot water runs out after about 4 minutes. In winter, this is a big issue—I couldn’t even finish my shower. For an otherwise great place, this was a deal breaker.
Overall, the hotel is good and the staff responds on time. However, a few improvements are needed. The room lighting is not sufficient, so adding proper and brighter lights would make the stay more comfortable. It would also be helpful if a washing machine was available. Overall, everything else is good.
