This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant and everything is delicious as always, thanks to the bartender, he has very tasty pino Colado and I order Marbella when you mix them special taste 👌🏼 I really liked the service of Ziad, very neat and clean. For sure I will return back
had such a disappointing experience at this restaurant, I expected much better service from a famous restaurant like this one, we booked a dinner + celebration to celebrate a very special occasion and spent about 200sr on the “celebration package “, expecting a memorable experience, Instead, the staff completely ruined it for us😄They didn't take care of the gifts we brought, didn't even ask who we were celebrating, and despite us telling them, they get to the wrong person anyway 😅 and what was the celebration? repeatedly saying congratulations not even in a sining tone… even their congratulations felt forced and completely lacked enthusiasm😂, What annoyed me even more was the lack of attention to basic details. They didn't offer us a bag holder, and we only found out that this was a service they provide when we noticed that other guests had them, and don't even get me started on the waiter☺️ when he asked if I had any food allergies, i didn’t actually want to mention it as I already know what I’m going to order I politely answered that I was allergic to certain types of seafood his response was, "Then don't order seafood," in a rude tone. Excuse me? I never heard such a comment from any waiter before, If you're having a bad day I understand, but why should customers have to deal with that kind of attitude? For a restaurant that presents itself as a 5-star dining experience, the service was far below expectations, even though this happened two weeks ago, I'm still annoyed thinking about it and just so you know we spend 600 sr so it is not about money it is about them being unprofessional… I honestly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great food alone isn't enough when the service makes customers feel unwelcome and unimportant, i celebrated different occasions in different places never ever been treated like this, Just one thing I’d like to add, there was a very loud older lady having phone calls in the restaurant and making a lot of noise, funny enough, despite that, they treated her better than us 😂
This restaurant exceeds my expectations from the reception to the vibes of the place, decoration, lighting and delicious food. The service was perfect and special thanks to Mr. Anderson for the hospitality and extraordinary service. I order mushroom soup it is one of the best that I ever tasted, the Cort steak was amazing and the tiramisu was tasty and one of the best. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone especially if you have special occasions. Thank you and for sure I will visit you again and again.
The place is spacious and wide the service was weird and not as expected from a fine dining. There was no one at the reception when I came and we had to call multiple times for the worker to come take our order. They have huge glass on each table which was unnecessary and unattractive imo and the flower vase with green water looked weird. I’d suggest you go simple with the deco without the huge glass. The green pasta and spinach salad is one do the best dishes they have their drinks are also good we got Pina Colada and the mango juice thingie. Overall 6/10
