I had a wonderful experience at the Palm Boutique Hotel Al Naeem. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and perfectly located — offering a calm and comfortable atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ali Yahya and Mohammed Rasel at the reception and valet. Both went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from the smooth check-in to assisting with parking and local recommendations. Their hospitality and genuine friendliness really stood out and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jeddah — whether for business or leisure.
