“Great service! The Moroccan hammam was very relaxing and professionally done. The staff Nabil was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I left feeling fresh and refreshed.
Super clean rooms towels smelled great and everything felt fresh and tidy. Really enjoyed my stay I didn’t like the reception’s approach. It was a bit frustrating calling at 11:30 just to remind us about checkout felt unnecessary since I was already aware, and it came off as a bit disruptive
Beautiful and luxurious spa with an amazing view. I had a Moroccan bath with Fatima — she was excellent, professional, and very friendly. The only downside was the limited hospitality (only Turkish coffee). Overall, a great experience.
I recently brought my clothes to laundry service and was very impressed. Some stains on my clothes were impossible to remove, but the team handled everything good and quickly. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled for his friendly attitude, kind communication, and warm smile. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire laundry staff.
