Our first impression of this hotel was amazing, all thanks to Mr. Mohanad. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He assisted my husband and me with the check-in process smoothly and made us feel comfortable right away. Mr. Mohanad's friendly attitude and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Ibis Jeddah Malik Road has become my preferred hotel whenever I visit Jeddah, and I recently stayed there again for another week after my previous review. The hotel is still clean, comfortable, well located, and overall very good for business trips. However, during my last two stays within one month, I requested and confirmed an important request, but unfortunately nobody followed up both times. When I spoke to reception, the response was simply “sorry.” Some reception staff unfortunately need more attention to customer care, although there are still a couple of employees who are professional and helpful. I truly hope the management invests more in customer service training for the reception team, because the hotel deserves a much better front desk experience that matches the quality of the rest of the stay.
My family had a great experience with the buffet breakfast at Ibis. The selection was impressive, offering a fresh variety of both Western and local Middle Eastern dishes, with the live egg station being a particular highlight.
