Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, with every detail reflecting a high level of care, hospitality, and attention to guests. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the reception area has a warm and elegant atmosphere. The entire staff demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request and make sure we had a comfortable stay. also truly appreciated their flexibility with Early Check-in, Late Check-out, and Room Upgrades, as well as their genuine attention to guest satisfaction. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing, and the location is excellent, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel, and it was largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ahmed, the Guest Relations Manager. After a long and exhausting flight into Jeddah, Ahmed truly went the extra mile to make me feel completely comfortable and at home. He was incredibly professional, warm, and friendly right from the very start. As someone from Egypt 🇪🇬, his outstanding hospitality and welcoming attitude definitely made my very first impression of Saudi Arabia a highly favorable and memorable one! ❤️🙏🏻 I am so grateful for his help and care.
