Great stay overall! The staff made every moment enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. Breakfast was delicious and full of options, and the location — just steps from the financial district — is perfect for both work and exploring the city. Front desk team, especially, was super welcoming. Only suggestion: they used to leave toiletry sets and slippers in the room, and I’d love to see that little touch come back.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I would especially like to mention the restaurant staff, who were very attentive, welcoming and professional. They made my breakfast experience truly enjoyable. They always welcomed me with a smile and always remember what I like. Excellent service, highly recommended!
Excellent hotel experience from check-in until departure. The location is very convenient, especially for business meetings and access to key areas in Riyadh. The hotel has a modern, elegant atmosphere with very comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and a calm environment that makes the stay enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful with a high level of hospitality throughout the stay. The service was fast and organized, and the overall attention to guest comfort was clearly noticeable. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable business or leisure stay. Breakfast was also excellent with a good variety and quality. One of the things that truly stands out is the balance between luxury, comfort, and professionalism. Definitely one of the best business hotels in Riyadh, and I would gladly stay here again.

Rooms are decent location is good but the service is just another level, and big thanks to Sara from the reception team for that. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She handled everything smoothly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a positive attitude. Honestly, she set the tone for the entire hotel experience. Staff like Sara make a real difference, and the hotel is lucky to have her. Highly appreciated.
