Excellent restaurant! The food was authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, respectful, and provided quick service. I visited Rummaan Dammam Hyderabadi Restaurant and ordered biryani. Unfortunately, it was extremely spicy and difficult to eat. I politely requested the waiter to provide some white rice to reduce the spice level, but he refused. I also asked if the biryani could be exchanged for plain rice, but the waiter showed no interest in helping or serving properly. The food quality may be okay for spicy food lovers, but the customer service experience was disappointing and needs improvement.
The Restaurant is well-known for its traditional Indian-style mutton and chicken biryanis. The rich blend of special spices and authentic ingredients gives their biryani a unique flavor. They even provide extra masala for those who love more spice. The place is usually very crowded, with long waiting times just to get a table. After finishing the biryani, I was literally sweating from the strong and fiery spices 😃—a real treat for spice lovers! However, the restaurant needs to improve its service quality and increase the food portions to make them sufficient for groups. There is no proper space for families, and visiting on holidays is not recommended due to the heavy rush.
