I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely appreciate the wonderful hospitality at Elements Restaurant, Dammam Rotana. During today’s buffet lunch, I was assisted by Mr. Mizanur and the restaurant manager Mr. Mahmudel, and both of them were extremely professional, attentive and genuinely caring. As a vegetarian, I requested Mr. Mahmudel if it would be possible to arrange a paneer dish for my lunch tomorrow, and without hesitation he immediately assured me that it would be specially prepared. Mr. Mizanur was equally helpful throughout the meal. He checked on me several times and politely asked if there was anything specific I would like in vegetarian food, and assured me that the team would happily make arrangements for me. These small gestures may seem simple, but they truly make a guest feel valued and comfortable. The staff at Elements Restaurant are warm, respectful and very guest-focused. I genuinely appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting Dammam Rotana.
