We had a lovely Iftar this evening in Al Sohba. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and everything was very well organized. A special thanks to Jasim for his kindness and attentiveness throughout our visit. His professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. It was truly a wonderful Ramadan evening.
Mr.Badiuzzaman and his team mr.asif and all make us very happy. 5star serive they made for us . Badiuzzaman is very friendly best in the world. We will be back again because of him. Very nice view in the Jeddah
Visited Park Hyatt Jeddah for their Iftar Buffet with family (8), and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations—especially considering the premium price of over 500+ SAR per person. 1. Very Disappointing Service & Staff Attitude The most concerning part of the visit was the unprofessional behavior and attitude of the service staff seems they were certianly not well prepared to handle the guest as per the standards of 5 STAR property. It wasn’t just one employee—multiple members of the service team were indifferent, dismissive, and lacked basic hospitality. Instead of making guests feel welcomed, the overall attitude created discomfort for me and my family. Given the reputation of the place, this was extremely unexpected and honestly the biggest letdown of the entire visit. 2. Food Quality Was Below Expectations The Iftar buffet selection was average at best, both in taste and variety. For a special event and at such a high price point, the food simply didn’t justify the cost. The menu was sub standard nothing out of the box few resturtant in jeddah have better menu. 3. Value for Money: Not Worth It With a price tag exceeding 500 SAR, I expected a premium experience. Instead, what we received was: Substandard service Average food Below‑par overall atmosphere 4. Additionally, there is very minimal safety barricading for kids on the beach-side walkway, which makes the area quite dangerous for children. For a family‑friendly venue, this lack of safety measures is alarming and needs urgent attention. Unfortunately, the experience did not offer value for money at all. Conclusion Park Hyatt Jeddah Jeddah has potential as a location, but the service quality and staff behavior urgently need improvement. Hospitality should be a priority, especially when charging such high prices for special events. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service standards and food quality.
Best Iftar Experience. The quality and variety of food were amazing. The Service was top notch. The view of the sea was calming and refreshing. Highly Recommended
Thank you for the wonderful experience and the even better service from Yasser. He took my family and me on a tour of the lounge and the Fountain Restaurant, and the desserts from Chef Fahad were absolutely delicious at sunset. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you.
