We had a wonderful stay at Dar Al Iman InterContinental. The hotel was excellent, with great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and an ideal location. A very special mention goes to Mr Balooshi, the Guest Relations Manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our time at the hotel. He always made sure that we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of, and he was always happy to assist with anything we needed. Thank you to Mr Balooshi and the entire team at Dar Al Iman for such a pleasant stay. We would happily return!
An Unforgettable, Peaceful Stay — Exceptional Hospitality! Staying at Dar Al Iman InterContinental Al Madinah was an incredible experience from start to finish. My time here was truly amazing, deeply relaxing, and filled with an overwhelming sense of peace and serenity. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel staff for their incredible kindness, friendliness, and high level of professionalism throughout my visit. A special mention goes to the restaurant team for their extraordinary attention to guests and their impressively prompt responses—every meal felt welcoming and well cared for. I am also immensely grateful to Mohammed Aziz, from housekeeping,who took care of cleaning my room. He was always so kind, thorough, and responded to every request without delay. Finally, a massive thank you to the hotel tailor, Mr. Waleed. He altered my abayas promptly and professionally on very short notice. He went above and beyond when he kindly agreed to fix an additional abaya even though his working hours were almost over. His generosity and dedication were truly remarkable! I will definitely be recommending Dar Al Iman InterContinental to everyone visiting Al Madinah, and I cannot wait to return.
We stayed at the InterContinental Dar Al Iman in Madinah, for just one night, and honestly, I wish it had been longer. Everything was excellent, the room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help and especially the staff at reception desk. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious with plenty of choices. This was one of those stays where everything just felt right. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Madinah. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.
Abul Hossan and Sharif were exceptionally good house keeping staff. Their supervisor Sami has trained them very well. My room was 703 was always smelling fresh and clean. Well done boys ! I would also like to mention Mohammad at the concierge for having a amiable personality and helping us with the Nusuk app and timings, we were blessed to visit the Rawdha with his guidance. Yusuf at the reception was also courteous and kind. There is one suggestion, like in the upstairs rooms, if only the net before the view of the Haram could be removed.
