I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton room 126 overall. Everything was well organized, the room was comfortable and clean, and the service throughout the stay was very good. The reception experience on the first day could have been smoother and more professional, but after that on the other days , the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I’d also like to thank the room service team, mr Selim and his other colleagues for their kindness and attention to detail. Everyone contributed to making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the food variety. I felt that there could have been a wider selection and more variety, especially for guests staying for several days.
Hello Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah Team, We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Suites in March 2026, From the moment we arrived, the check in process was smooth, quick, and efficient. A special thank you to Hamed Al Maliki at the front desk and Muhammad Ramzan at the restaurant. Both were extremely helpful, kind, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. I would also like to give a special thanks to Salim, who took excellent care of our room. He was welcoming from the very first day and always greeted us with a warm smile. His kindness and attention to detail really made our stay more comfortable. Most imp: the location is one of the biggest highlights of this hotel. Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah is located within the Jabal Omar complex, right next to the Grand Mosque (Masjid al Haram), with very convenient access to the Haram and the Kaaba. This made it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah. Ty Regards. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah, Room 930, during our Umrah trip. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to Masjid al-Haram, which made our stay especially comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Imtiaz and the management team for their kindness, professionalism and support throughout our stay. We truly appreciated how well they looked after us. I would also like to especially appreciate Ramzan from Housekeeping, who took excellent care of Room 930. He was extremely helpful, efficient and always available whenever we needed assistance. His service and attention really stood out during our stay. The room was comfortable, the hotel was well maintained, and the overall hospitality was excellent. Thank you to the entire Hilton Suites Jabal Omar team for making our Umrah stay pleasant and memorable. We would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Makkah.
It was my 5th stay at hilton KSA. And 2nd at Hilton Suites Makkah. I had a very disappointed experience this time at HILTON SUITES. 1- Room number 1829, Air con wasnt working i checked in at 3pm, my room got changed after several calls and follow up around at 10PM!!!!!! 2- My luggage was delivered to me by concerige after 2 hours. 3- Supervisor mushair called me to apologized (as per standard practice) and offered me to send over something "as compensation" but it never arrived and never showed up. (Thats fine he forgot that he ruined the first day, i didnt paid for it but for what i paid, it was smooth check-in good space and relaxing room at my first day! That was ruined). When you choose a Hilton Suites property, your expectations are naturally much higher. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below those expectations. It honestly felt more like staying in an average, run-down hotel with below-average service rather than a Hilton Suites. After a long journey from Madinah to Makkah, I was extremely tired and was looking forward to a comfortable and welcoming experience, but that was not what I received. I would still rate the property **3 stars overall** because of its excellent location, amenities, and facilities. However, when it comes to the service, this timeI can only give it **1 star**, as it did not meet the standards I expect from the Hilton brand.
Excellent service from Habibur RahmanStayed at Hilton Suites Makkah from June 29 to July 4, 2026 in a Junior Suite. I want to give special recognition to Habibur Rahman, who took care of our room throughout our stay.The room was spotless every day, the bed perfectly made, the bathroom sparkling clean, and amenities always fully restocked. What stood out most was his discretion, respect, and warm smile in the hallway — always present without being intrusive.He truly embodies Hilton's values: quality service, attention to detail, and authentic kindness. Thank you for making our stay so peaceful. Highly recommended! 🙏
