I don't understand the comments about the languaje, I was accommodated in the BRGH for 3 days and my experience was good enough, most of the personel speak English so don't worry. The design of the bathrooms is a little bit uncomfortable but Ok for a short stay
I feel like maybe I had a bad experience because I don't speak arabic (which I think I saw a review that said that before my visit). By far the support hotel staff, like, bell boy/ bell men, laundry men, housekeeping and restaurant guys are super nice and try to be helpful where they can. It's just navigating the confusion of reception is very stressful. If you speak arabic, it maybe won't be that bad, but if you're an English speak, I would probably say to pass and look for other hotels in Riyadh. That said, it is in a decent location to travel to different places as a tourist, however, I didn't realize how much the language barrier played in the experience (they also list English as a language they can speak to you in). It's near the train station and so much more, so location is great, it just depends if you want to deal with the headache of everything else with the front desk with getting things done. I didn't enjoy my experience, especially the check in and a service miscommunication but it depends on what are your priorities and I was able to tough it out but wondered if there were other options that were better in Riyadh.
