I am having a truly wonderful stay at Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making my experience so enjoyable. What impressed me most was the exceptional level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and clearly cared for. My room was maintained by Nadeem and Bir and their attention to detail was outstanding. Every interaction with them was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. In general, there is such a pleasant and friendly energy that I always feel comfortable, relaxed and in a good mood. It is these small details and the attitude of the people that make a hotel feel special. Keep up the good work Team Ascott Rafal!
We had a wonderful one month stay, and I’d especially like to give a shoutout to the room service staff member, Kausar. He is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Everything was handled efficiently, and his warm attitude made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you, Kausar, for your excellent service it’s truly appreciated!
Overall, we had a great and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the overall experience. The only downside was the service. Every time we ordered something, we had to go downstairs to collect it ourselves instead of having it delivered to the room. For a hotel, I expected better room service and a more convenient guest experience. On our last day, they wouldn’t even leave the order at the reception—we had to meet the delivery driver outside and collect it ourselves. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
Ascott Rafal Hotel has easily become one of the best serviced hotels I’ve stayed at. The suites are incredibly spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with high-end kitchen facilities that truly make it feel like a home away from home. Daily housekeeping is another big plus! A special shoutout to Uzair Ali for the exceptional service. He always keeps my unit spotless and goes the extra mile to ensure everything I need is replenished and replaced promptly. It’s this kind of attention to detail and genuine hospitality that makes every stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I love everything about the hotel. No complaints. Everything you need is here! The location is excellent too with alot of nearby establishments like restaurants, groceries. Amazing Breakfast & Outstanding Service! I absolutely loved my breakfast experience here! The food is absolutely great with an amazing variety, but what truly made it special was the outstanding service from Musa Saleh. He is incredibly active, brings fantastic energy to the room, and is both immensely helpful and friendly. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Musa's great energy made my morning—highly recommended! I want to give a special shoutout to Nadeem and Bin Bahadur from housekeeping. They are absolutely perfect at what they do—incredibly attentive, polite, and ensure the room is immaculate every single day. They truly made my first trip here memorable!
