I am very glad ful to have my hotel near HARAM GRAND MOSQUE JUST 4 MINUTES WALK FROM HOTEL. STaff is VERY WELL TRAINED and helpful very smooth check in and reception staff was very helpful. And the break fast was very good and restaurant staff and waiters specialy, Abdu Rahman &Omor Hasan , Mohammed Hasan ,Jonayed abdedin, Mustafa.
The service at this hotel is fantastic. As a couple we’ve stayed there twice and were delighted by the consistent attentive service, the welcoming Saudi culture and the fresh, delicious food. The suites are beautiful and well-appointed and made a big difference for our spiritual retreat. Last, the hotel’s proximity to Masjid al-Haram made it a great choice for our Umrah trips. We will come back! Special mention to our lounge hostesses and servers, Sister Mayassir, Sister Maha, Sister Nashwa, brother Abdourahmane, and the entire staff.
Terrible location for price.. Hotel set on a steep hill making commute extremely difficult to attend regular prayers and other activities. decor and rooms a little dated, however the hotel and service staff were exceptionally well mannered and helpful. MD Raju frm the breakfast service staff requires a special mention, thank you for your attentive nature and helpful attitude.. well done

Thank you to Soud and the entire team. It was a great place to stay, and overall everything was amazing. The hotel’s location is excellent, with a prayer room and very close proximity to the Haram. The staff were outstanding—very helpful, welcoming, and professional. As a small suggestion for improvement, the hot water took some time to reach the shower, and I believe the food could be improved by offering more variety and enhancing the taste. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly stay again.
