I enjoyed breakfast and dinner with my family during my stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah from Mar 21-24, 2026. Food was continental. Ambience was very good. Food was fantastic. Staff were nice and cooperative and were not creating any fuss while we were entering with family and welcoming you by just asking the room number for half board persons.
A huge thank you to Muhammad Ali, the Assistant Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and truly 5-star service. He consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and it honestly makes a difference every time we visit. We’ve been coming to this restaurant for several years now, and it never disappoints. The selection is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, fresh vegetables, and especially delicious omelette and foul counters. Quality, consistency, and service are always on point — highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Special thanks to the hosts Anas and Maher, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel comfortable and valued. They were always smiling, polite, and incredibly efficient. Thanks to their outstanding service, our visit was not just the breakfast meals for our stay but a priceless and wonderful experience. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back!
