I had a very pleasant stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar, and what truly stood out was the exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism displayed by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely service‑oriented, making check‑in and any follow‑up requests seamless. The room attendants and cleaners consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail, which made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight—the wait staff and chef were courteous, attentive, and professional, with a well‑prepared and enjoyable selection each morning. The complimentary supper provided in the evening was also a great touch and added real value to the overall experience. Overall, this is a well‑managed property with a team that clearly takes pride in delivering excellent service. Apartment is specious, clean and well organized. It is fully ready for living.Daily breakfast and night time snack is top notch. Best is the service provided, I had minor AC issue, was fixed in time. Thanks for welcoming and friendly reception team, I want to highlight Mr. Mohamed Algrainy for exceptional customer service. One of best stays I have been into.
I recently had an excellent stay at this IHG property. The hotel maintains high standards of hospitality, but what truly made the experience memorable was the front office team. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mohammad Alsharef at the front desk. A wonderful touch was the complimentary Saudi coffee, which truly reflects the essence of Saudi hospitality and generosity It made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and warm.
Just wrapped up my stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar City by IHG and honestly it exceeded expectations. The suites are spacious, clean, and designed in a way that actually makes you feel at home — not like a typical hotel room. Staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond and genuinely professional. Location is excellent too: easy access to main roads, malls, and the Corniche, which made getting around simple. What stood out most was the comfort and calm atmosphere. After long days out, it felt like the perfect place to recharge. Great for business stays, family trips, or even a short weekend escape. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Al Khobar. 👌
This hotel has very good location. The only issue I faced is that all roads that are close by are under repairs, so you need to be cautious when getting there. But the hotel has a really nice atmosphere, everyone made me feel nice. There were some days that they had snacks for dinner.
