What made our hotel stay so special was without a doubt the incredible team. Bader, Feb, and Yusuf went out of their way every time to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service with genuine smiles and deep passion for hospitality.
I decided to spend a night at the Sofitel to celebrate my 30th birthday, and they made my special day truly unforgettable. My experience from start to finish was spectacular. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, Mr. Yousef Alotaibi, and our check-in was smooth and easy (early check-in!). Don’t miss out on the Arabic coffee, it’s freshly made. I booked the junior suite with a terrace, and the room is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever been in. The vanity room was a great detail. The terrace was clean, comfy, and had a great view overlooking Riyadh’s iconic towers. Room service was quick and convenient. Also, many thanks to the staff for the complimentary cake and sweets 🙏 The main reason I chose Sofitel was because of La Haute Croissanterie, which is a culinary concept by the Sofitel hotels that creates artisanal croissants where every piece looks like an artistic masterpiece made by chef Miyan! I’m not exaggerating when I say they have the best croissants in all of Riyadh! If you can’t afford their breakfast buffet, they also have it at their café “La Mantinee Lounge.” Special thanks to Ms. Khadija for her sweet demeanor, accommodation and attentiveness, and to Ms. Febraine for her attentive and friendly service, and for remembering it was my birthday. There was another waiter who I unfortunately forgot to ask his name (I believe he was Moroccan and spoke little Arabic) for explaining every piece of croissants 🙏 I can’t wait to come back again 🫶🏼💯
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. Special thanks to Abdullah Al-Haqbani at the reception — he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The gym and pool area were also a highlight, thanks to Rasul and Mon, who kept everything clean, well-maintained, and were always friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. They were also fantastic with my kids — attentive, patient, and always keeping an eye on them to make sure they were safe and having fun in the pool. It really put our minds at ease and made the whole family’s experience so much more enjoyable. Room service and housekeeping were excellent as well — always prompt, thorough, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience thanks to the attentive and genuinely caring staff across every department. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — will definitely be back!
This hotel is simply phenomenal. Everything from start to finish was incredible, from the warm greeting in the lobby to the outstanding front office team and concierge service. Ahmed, in particular, was exceptional. The rooms are beautifully designed, the F&B selection was amazing, and I absolutely loved the wellness facilities. I couldn’t recommend a better hotel to stay at in Riyadh. Five stars all the way!
The place is absolutely stunning, and every corner reflects beauty and comfort. The services were exceptional, and the staff made everyone feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. What touched me most was how well everyone was accommodated, creating an atmosphere where people could truly relax, enjoy, and feel valued. Being with them made the experience even more meaningful. It was more than just a visit—it was a wonderful memory filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality that I will always cherish.
