My stay at Novotel Al Anoud in Riyadh was truly exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and professional, and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and well-organized, making the stay very comfortable. Overall, it was an ممتاز experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh.
We had Iftar here on 11/03/2026. It was really good. We really enjoy all the cuisines! The staff is really nice and very helpful. The cooks also ! For sure we will come back 🩷
Great Customer service and outstanding communication by Mamun he went above and beyond to support me during my stay he is agreat staff in your team. great service like Mamun's service is the way to go and he is an example of customer service. Reception Rokaya has an excellent customer service and she supported me a lot during my stay.
Very average. Rooms old but with new furniture. My room did not have a proper window. Most of the staff not very enthusiastic or friendly (one exception). Breakfast so-so. Location was good for my requirement.
