HOLIDAYS RESTAURANT JEDDAH SHARA TAWBA is a good Indian restaurant in Jeddah offering a wide variety of cuisines. It provides a pleasant dining environment with a clean and comfortable setting. The food quality is very good, with many options ranging from different regions of Indian cuisine, including North Indian and South Indian dishes, as well as Pakistani and Arab food. The variety makes it a suitable place for families and groups with different food preferences. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide good service. It is a recommended restaurant for those looking for diverse South Asian cuisine in Jeddah.
Tried the Kerala meals and Killi Meen (Parrot Fish). The meals were average, and the fish was noticeably salty, which took away from the overall taste. While it was cooked properly, it lacked the flavor and freshness you would expect from a good Kerala fish dish. We visited around 1:30 PM on a weekday, and the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for lunchtime. Despite there being no rush, the waiters were not particularly attentive, which affected the overall experience. Overall, an average dining experience. Nothing particularly stood out, and there are several other Kerala restaurants that offer better food, service, and value.
Have big dining area and good ambience. Service is also good Food is like ok ok ( tried butter chicken, didn’t met my expectations and its price, but tea was nice)
This is definitely the best butter chicken I've ever had, and I totally recommend it. I'm not usually a huge fan of Indian food, but this one is really good. The only thing I didn't like about the restaurant was the unpleasant smell when you're going up the stairs.
I have not been to India (yet) but I did eat Desi food from well over a hundred different spots so far. While I cannot say whether the food here is authentic or not, I think I can say that it tastes excellent. The squid varattiyathu was to die for, being perfectly spiced and coming in a decent enough size. The only issue was with the naan. They are cheap but extremely small and thin. Normally two naan and a curry is all I order anywhere, here I had to order two more naan. I mean again they are not expensive per se, but I wish they were thicker and larger by default. Still, it is a pet peeve, and the restaurant itself is much recommended. It does not seem to cater to tourists but they do take foreign credit cards!
