The food was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Mohammad Khan, was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
I really appreciate how attentive mr robin is. You don’t have to look around and look for some help, he will come and ask if you need a service. He is very lively and energetic. He is giving a good vibes mashallah. God bless him. Thank you me robin for the good service you provide. Thumbs up.
The staff here are great. In the restaurant especially Mouhammed according to his name badge is as very attentive member of staff, Robin also. But all the gentleman who work either in the restaurant or in room service are really great, so apologies for not naming them all. Gym is ok, reasonably well stocked for this kind of hotel, but A/C is not great so using the treadmill can be tough. Rooms are large and airy, bed is comfortable and again for kind of hotel is very good.

I had an amazing stay with them over a week, everyone of their staff is so friendly & wholesome. Eager to help & facilitate you during your stay. Highly recommended to stay with them. Their rooms are excellent - neat & clean. Their Breakfast was great too. The front desk staff were super helpful & Marian from the room service was so kind & hospitable.
