I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24-hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me and took care of my other two children is something I will never forget. The management, especially Yasir, is excellent a very well-mannered person who has clearly trained his staff to a high standard. Hassan, Amjed, and the hotel security team are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Honestly, I could go on and write pages about how amazing the staff are and how comfortable the hotel was. I would highly recommend Jasmine Hotel to everyone, and I will definitely be returning very soon.
I dont know where to start , but first of all its not my 1st stay, last time i booked through booking.com yet this time i booked through the hotel website. 1- Nouf at the front desk is more than amazing she made my stay from the second i came to check-in, i always say and repeat that the staff are everything and she was more than helpfull and super kind. 2- The room was super clean as usual , towels and the bedding 3 - I know this is not related yet the coffe i had at the lobby bar was even tastier then the one i had at the Edition hotel jeddah. 4- All the staff generally are very helpful and friendly 5- Thank you Ali , i asked to leave at 2:00 and it was granted. Will be back soon🩶🫰🩶
We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very specious. The food was great and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful.
Lovely hotel. Possibly the comfiest bed and pillows I've ever used. Stayed for one night with my wife performing Umrah on a stop over flight so unfortunately only got to sleep at the hotel 3 hours but definitely will be booking here again! Very clean hotel.
