Everything was excellent. The service was very fast and they gave us everything we needed. Mohammad aksarul islam was very helpful, and took care of everything we needed.

I had a wonderful experience at Hampton by Hilton Madinah Central District. The hotel has a beautiful, modern, and fresh design that is very impressive from the moment you arrive. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location is excellent — very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and approximately a 6-minute walk, which makes it very convenient for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with a beautiful design, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and a great location. I highly recommend visiting and staying here. I would definitely love to come back again!
My stay was two nights and it was wonderful. The reception staff were available around the clock, and I want to thank them for their excellent service, professionalism, and the speed of check-in and check-out procedures. I especially want to thank Afnan, Rafida, Rayan, and Ayyaf at reception. Honestly, their response was quick and wonderful, and their service was excellent. I'm truly grateful to them. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, and room service was quick. I'll mention a small incident: I asked for one bottle of water, and they gave me four. May God reward them; they were quick and generous. As for breakfast, it was varied, and the chef was attentive to my requests and choices. I also want to thank Jihad, the guest services employee in the restaurant, who was very helpful and provided excellent service. My sincere thanks to all the staff at the Hampton Hotel for their excellent service and hospitality.
