I want to give a very special shoutout to Rachel, Rayan Erica, , who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made a lasting impression and truly elevated our visit. It is rare to find staff so dedicated to guest satisfaction. If you are looking for a place where you are treated like a highly valued guest rather than just a room number, this is it. We will definitely be returning!
The staff are super friendly, they remember your name when greeting you around the hotel. The rooms have been renovated and clean. The pool is lovely. The gym is very well equipped (I’m an ex bodybuilder). Restaurant staff are so responsive and also call you by name! Specific thanks to reception staff member Yazeed for your genuine welcome and professionalism.
We’ve been making this our home now for over 2 months. Each and every one of the staff members there has been amazing with us. They’re caring, kind, and always have a smile on their face. We love it here. The pool is great and the Gym has pretty much everything you need for a great workout. The Breakfast buffet is the best, with great omelets and a vast selection of food choices for a feast!

The culinary team is fantastic, but two members of the staff truly stood out: Rachelle – Her warmth, vibrant energy, and excellent menu recommendations made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in. She has a natural gift for hospitality. Ace – Impeccable, sharp, and highly attentive. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring that the service was seamless and flawless throughout our meals. It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and professionalism. Rachelle and Ace are absolute assets to the hotel, and they turned every breakfast/dinner into a memorable experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for stunning amenities paired with world-class service. We will definitely be back!
Crowne Plaza is a good hotel overall and offers decent value for the price paid. The rooms were comfortable, the service was good, and the food quality was excellent, although I found the prices a bit on the expensive side. One downside is the location. While it is acceptable, it is definitely not considered premium, and getting a local taxi can be extremely difficult since the hotel is not located on a main road. This can be quite inconvenient, especially during busy hours. Another point worth mentioning is the so-called “city view” promoted on their website. Frankly speaking, it is not really worth highlighting, as the actual view is far from impressive compared to what is advertised. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, I would still say it is a good option and offers fair value for money.
