I order 2pcs chicken spaghetti and yum burger, but they didn’t put at least one gravy

Being a customer here is nice, the food was delicious and the staff is respectful and chill, and the atmosphere is comfortable.
We were devastated when we got home. The take order were soaked because the staff did not secure the 2 cups of pineapple juice. No tape at all and without a tray for drink. It was messy and we threw some of the orders. I hope they take care of the take orders next time. They ruin the food and our appetite. We went all the way from umrah to eat my favorite jollibee but we got an awful experience.
