Very neat and clean environment, peaceful with no noise. The staff is extremely supportive and polite. Food menu is average, but the service makes the visit comfortable. Special thanks for restaurant staff.
The Gate hotel and apartments is a very friendly and comfortable hotel located on the main highway into Dammam. The rooms/apartments I’ve stayed in are very well furnished, with self catering facilities. No need to cook for oneself though, as the Gardena restaurant serves a hearty and varied breakfast, with lunch and dinner of a high quality. The staff are very friendly and I have found them always accommodating to requests. There are local shops just a few minutes away should you require anything the hotel is unable to provide. They have a Gym, pool, jacuzzi, steam room and Massage room.
Excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, quiet and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, slept really well. The gym has enough to keep things ticking over. Lovely pool and steam room.
Good staff here who are very good and helpful with guests. Rooms are large and clean. Jourahana on front desk is particularly professional and friendly.
The Gate Hotel is nice and comfortable. My company use this hotel to accommodate their staff in Dammam for several months and satisfied with the services provided by hotel personnel. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Meals in restaurants of good quality and variety. I can recommend The Gate hotel for everyone, who is not looking for central location in Dammam.
