The facility justifies its star operations. The rooms are spacious and the ambiance is conducive. Good place to check in.
The housekeeping here was very good, the room service was good, everything else was good.I especially liked their honeymoon room.
the rooms were even bigger than expected, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is also very nice, and I was lucky to get a room with a great view. However, I was disappointed that there was no hot water coming from the heater. Aside from that, everything else was fine. The food was good, and I especially want to mention that the housekeeping service was excellent. In particular, Ibrahim, the housekeeping supervisor, was very polite and professional. Overall, everything else was already good. I would just suggest improving technical maintenance and observation. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
The location is excellent, and the room was beautiful overall, everything was very nice. The reception service was also great.I would especially like to mention Mr.Basil and Mr.Ibrahim from housekeeping they were both very polite and provided excellent service. However,one issue that personally bothered me was the lack of soundproofing in the room. I could clearly hear noise from outside, which made it quite difficult to sleep and created a very uncomfortable situation. I would kindly suggest that the management pay attention to this issue. Aside from that,everything else was good.
Beautiful experience, the rooms are spacious, clean the mood is wonderful as soon as you get to the lobby. Receptionists were professional. The only thing that needs improving is the restaurant it lacks professionalism. The responsible there didn't keep the same high level feeling that you get everywhere else in the hotel. I hope it gets fixed because it's a very nice hotel and I recommend highly.
