It’s very close to Masjid al Nabawi, very beautiful, very clean, the staff are very attentive and very friendly, and the food is brilliant. I’d like to thank the whole hotel team for making my stay in Medina so comfortable. Rawza al Mutahhara also could be seen in my room, great experience
It's a very pleasant hotel. 1 minute walk from the hotel to the extention part of the haram towards gate 322. Around 8mins and your inside. Great if you have a family. The food was great, specially the desi tea. I would like to say a big thank you to ISLAM from the restaurant team. He was outstanding in his work and welcoming us all the time. He also pured desi tea for us when ever we arrived at the restaurant. Great service by Islam and the team. The receptionist MALAK was very kind and understanding. She was very professional and attentive to our request. We asked to stay alittle longer when we had to check out as our flights were in the evening and she agreed. Great asset to the hotel. Really good hotel and I would stay again.
My stay at the Madina Bosphorus Waqf Safi Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. I would like to extend a special thank you to the front desk team for the kind gesture of upgrading me to a room with a view of the Rawdah upon check-in. When I entered the room and saw that view, I was absolutely amazed—it was an incredible and spiritually moving experience that I will never forget. The location is unbeatable, being extremely close to the Rawdah and all the major shopping areas, which makes getting around so easy. The hotel itself is kept spotlessly clean, and the staff are not only very polite but also genuinely kid-friendly, making the entire stay comfortable for families. The dining experience was another highlight, with an impressive variety of delicious food options to choose from. I also loved the warm atmosphere; there were many Turkish guests during my visit, which made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medina. Originally booked to stay at the Grand Safi but due to some renovations my booking got changed to this hotel and I was very grateful. The hotel is very close to the haram and a mere five minutes walk with you being inside the mosque. A lot of facilities nearby such as local restaurants and shops. Other chain restaurants and malls are all within a ten-fifteen minutes walk. The room itself was very spacious and well maintained. There was a basic kitchenette but no stove or microwave which would have been a bonus. Staff were attentive and very accommodating. Communication was done via WhatsApp and was always quick and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking for such accommodation.
Unforgettable stay in Medina! Our stay at Bosphorus Hotel Waqf Safi in Medina was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Everything was perfectly arranged and the level of comfort was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable – the perfect place to fully relax. The location is simply perfect: only a three-minute walk to Masjid an-Nabawi, and the mosque is literally right in front of the hotel. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better location! It is such a blessing to stay so close, especially for prayers. The view from our room was breathtaking, with a beautiful direct view of Masjid an-Nabawi. Waking up every day to such a stunning sight made our stay even more special. The food was absolutely excellent: super delicious, varied, and always fresh. There was a wide selection, and everything was prepared with great care and quality. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted. They were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. In short: we 100% recommend Bosphorus Hotel Waqf Safi to anyone visiting Medina.
