Spectrum
Arabie Saoudite
En un coup d'œil
Located in the heart of Riyadh, Spectrum is a fitness centre and spa for women only. The Riyadh branch houses five studios, a day spa and a VOG hair salon, and caters for both women and girls.
The centre runs a number of fitness programmes, including spinning, yogafit, gliding, and pilates, each run by certified fitness instructors. At the day spa, revitalise and enjoy relaxing treatments for the body, hand and face, or come to satisfy those hair removal needs. Alternatively, pay the VOG salon a visit, which offers shampooing treatments, brushing, and hair colouring.
Various memberships are offered, and an option to choose short-term plans - such as 12 day passes - are available if you’re in the area for a limited amount of time only. Spectrum also offers all new members a free consultation session, in which you can meet with a specialist to determine and establish your fitness goals.
