I visited Kona Beach on Ladies’ Day, and I had a wonderful time. The beach was very clean and well organized. The staff were friendly, kind, and respectful. The sea was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place 💕
It’s a very good place for the experience nice vibe and music the only thing I’d like to comment on is I wish towels are provided showers get overwhelmingly crowded then everything is wet on top of it with no hangers in the bathroom so it’s not functional there is no place to put own products while showering then after all no towels so it all get wet
Had an absolutely wonderful time here at Kona beach on ladies day! Truly amazing staff members and fantastic facilities! Suad, in particular was incredibly helpful and really elevated our experience with her hospitality ! Cannot wait to return!
I had an amazing experience from the moment i arrive, i notice how clean and well-maintained everything is & the staff are friendly & welcoming. Another highlight is the beach itself — clean, with clear water
I’ve visited this place multiple times, and each time, I’ve had a great experience. However, my last visit was a complete disappointment. From the moment we entered, the staff was unprofessional. We requested towels, but they were denied initially and only eventually provided them. When we asked for a replacement in the locker room for showering, we were denied again. There was only one lifeguard by the water games, and it was just one person, and they were only visible from a distance. There are four at the bar, but they refuse to service the orders. Instead, they ask guests to order and return later to pick up their food & drinks. Why not serve the guests in their places or tables?
