Excellent service and an outstanding experience! Special thanks to Diaa Al-Din and Faisal Alotaibi for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Overall, it is one of the best seafood restaurants I have visited, and this was not my first time here. The food was amazing, delicious, and served in generous portions. Unfortunately, the service was not up to the usual standard this time. The restaurant was almost empty, yet it took a very long time for us to be served. We had to call the waiter several times before getting any attention, and the response was very slow. What disappointed me the most was seeing staff members standing together, laughing and talking loudly, while guests were clearly trying to get assistance. This experience did not match the excellent service I had received during my previous visits. I still highly recommend the restaurant for its outstanding food, but I hope management addresses these service issues to maintain the quality of the overall dining experience.
