I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel Riyadh. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The hospitality of the entire team was excellent—they were always welcoming, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A special thanks to Imran Khan, who truly stood out with his exceptional service and courteous behavior. He was always polite, friendly, and eager to help, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. His professionalism and positive attitude reflect the hotel’s commitment to outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Ibis Hotel Riyadh to anyone looking for great food and warm hospitality. I had a very wonderful experience during my stay at IBIS Hotel. From the first moment during check-in, the receptionist was very fast, polite, professional, and extremely kind. The whole process was smooth and welcoming. Throughout my stay, all the staff members were very supportive and helpful — whether the housekeeping team or the reception staff. Every time I needed any assistance, everyone was always friendly, respectful, and ready to help. I truly appreciate the great customer care and hospitality provided by the entire team. Special thanks to Mr. Rakan for his professionalism and excellent management. It is clear that the team works with great care and dedication toward guests. Highly recommended, and thank you again to everyone for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I stayed at ibis Riyadh for a quick 36-hour trip and chose it for its great value. Overall, I had a very positive experience, the check in was efficient, and my non smoking room on the third floor was clean, comfortable and well maintained. There were just a couple of small points I noticed. My room faced the back of the hotel, and I would have preferred a nicer, more scenic view. Also, while the continental breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection, I was hoping for a few more authentic Arabic options. Overall, my stay was smooth and met everything I needed for a short visit. I’d definitely come back again for the convenience and value.
Comfortable stay at Ibis Olaya Riyadh. Clean rooms, courteous staff, and smooth check-in process. Morning breakfast is included with a wide variety of options. Special thanks to restaurant team members Karttik and Imran for their excellent service. Housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services are all well maintained. Good value for money and ideal for long business stays. I have been staying here for the last 10 days and the experience has been consistently good.
