It was really good experience at Hibatullah hotel . I was booked for 3day in 10 floor . The room is very clean. It is very close to haram as well around10 mins walk or 5 mins drive. The service was very good Thanks a lot to showan help us every day and give me every thing we need Good experience
Unnatural noise. The window insulation is terrible, like sleeping on the street. The air conditioning is annoyingly loud and stupid. The bathroom has no towel on the floor, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel bathroom with a mop because the floor slope is uneven. There's no shower gel, no hand towels, no coffee just 2 bags of tea and very few facilities. The only advantage is its relative proximity to the Haram, but it's overpriced
It is perfect distance if someone wants to walk to masjid al haram and the staff was good and the when I told the manager/owner that I have issue with my back he has changed the room to bigger room and double bed and also mohammad Barakat was very helpful and the room service guy Zakir was cleaning the room every day and had a smile on his face all the time. Had a very good time there and it was well affordable. Thanks for having us
It was really good experience at Hibatullah hotel . We initially booked for one day only but we extended for 4 more days as we liked our experience . The rooms are very clean. It is very close to haram as well around15 mins walk or 5 mins drive. The service was very good Thanks a lot to Nurul Amin and Zahid Hossain for the help . Both did amazing jobs with servicing us throughout our stay and made our stay easier
Beautiful experience. We had room 319 in the third floor and it was a good view. Very nice service. 10 minutes by walk to the Haram. Pretty abordable prices. I would recommend it to anyone. Kindly personal, especially Manal. The luggage mens were also very courteous and polite. Overall, 10/10 experience, definitely going back next time. Ahmed G. and his family
