First Grand Hotel is one of the best new additions to Dammam's hotels! Located perfectly right beside the Sheraton Hotel in the middle of Dammam, it offers an unbeatable central location with both Carrefour and Lulu Hypermarket nearby for easy shopping. This 4 star hotel delivers top-tier hospitality, and the staff is incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. The entire property is immaculately clean, modern, and well-maintained. It is a fantastic, comfortable place to stay, and you will absolutely enjoy your stay here.
First time trying this hotel, it’s a newer hotel and it is fantastic The service is outstanding and the rooms are very spacious and has everything you need. I liked the fact that the hotel was only 2 levels so it gave it a cozy feeling. They had fresh flowers in the lobby daily and they smelled amazing. Would recommend this hotel and would go back.
recently attended an Iftar party here, and it was truly a delightful experience. The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Moreover, the service provided by the staff was outstanding and made the evening even more special. A special thanks to Shamseer, Joana, and Apon for their exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and warm service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at First Grand Hotel was excellent. What impressed me the most was the high level of cleanliness in the room and all public areas. Most importantly, there were no unpleasant odors or cigarette smoke smell, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. I would also like to sincerely thank the reception staff for their outstanding service, especially Dana for her warm welcome, kind attitude, and efficient check-in process, and Mohammad for his professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine care for guests’ comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to stay.
