Great location with an interesting history and a unique concept. The décor is beautiful, the coffee is excellent, and the seating areas are comfortable and inviting. The room’s soundproofing was poor, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. In the morning, there was significant noise coming from above, possibly from staff moving furniture or equipment. Additionally, the parking garage entrance and exit were difficult to navigate, making access inconvenient and frustrating.
This is my 6th or 7th time to reserve in this hotel, and I am always leaving happy. The hotel atmosphere and rooms are very cozy with Saudi vibes. All of the staff are really friendly and welcoming, especially Mohammed Kareb who works in the lobby kitchen, he is very nice with good hospitality. P.S: do not take a room in 6th floor, because there are a lot of night external events done in the restaurant next to the room, and you can hear all the noise till late hours of night. Other than that, all is good.
Rooms are cozy, clean and nice, location is convenient. Breakfasts in the hotel is a disaster, not fresh, limited servings, staff seems to be lost with many matters. I ordered room service salad and they didn’t bring any salt pepper olive oil, just plain fry veggies. Facilities not so good, I got a rash on my sling after swimming in the pool. Overall experience - design is lovely, yet that’s it.
My stay at Shada Hotel was genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were warm and always ready to help, which made the experience feel welcoming and personal. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, covering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the design of the hotel—modern, Saudi, and very well put together, with a an intimate atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The café was another highlight. It had a lovely ambiance, perfect for both a quiet coffee break or a casual meeting. The coffee itself was excellent, clearly made with care and quality ingredients (Medd Coffee Beans)
Best Hotel in Shatea, Jeddah. Must try. What and amazing team, from reception to valet to bill boys, their food and beverage team impressed me honestly they are wonderful, Thanks to Mohammed harth from restaurant super professional. The atmosphere the house keeping all is great must stay in when you visit Jeddah Soon.
