This staff member was exceptionally kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel management should be proud to have someone like him on their team. After spending a long time standing in the crowded queues at Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, we came to the café feeling exhausted. We only ordered water and some juices, yet he welcomed us with a warm smile, treated us with great respect, and served us with remarkable patience and professionalism. If this employee represents the standards of the hotel, then the hotel has every reason to be proud. Thank you, Julash, for your outstanding kindness and excellent service. You truly made our visit more pleasant.
We booked 9 nights at this hotel. When we arrived, the taxi dropped us off at the rear (one street away). The concierge helped bring our suitcases in without any questions, nor did he wait for the check in to be completed first. Ms Seba Tasji (Assistant Front Office Manager) helped us with the check in process. Everything went extremely smoothly. We were shown our room (906) and our suitcases were brought to the room. However, to our dismay, we found the bed to be facing in such a way that our feet would be facing Qiblah when sleeping. I approached Ms Seba Tasji who was very sympathetic, but due to non availability of any other rooms could not offer us an alternative immediately. We were promised that the next day as soon as rooms would become available we would be given the option of shifting to a room of our choice. The next morning we were shown three rooms to choose from. We were given an upgrade at absolutely no cost, thanks to Ms Seba Tasji. We are extremely grateful to Ms Seba Tasji for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The house keeping staff were also very friendly and helpful. A special thanks go the Brother Muhammed Hanif who constantly enquired about our welfare and whether we needed anything. The location is extremely convenient for the men as entry to Masjid Nabawi from doors 2 (Door of AbuBakr Siddeeq), Door 4 (Door of Hijrat) and Door 5 (Door of Quba) is easily accessible. For the ladies, entrance from Door 32 is a bit of a distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We did not have any meals at the restaurant, therefore we cannot comment on the breakfast or other meals.

was there with my sister and my children for four days. It is a very beautiful hotel that welcomes you with the utmost respect and luxury. Everything about it reflects a five-star standard—from the reception to how your requests are handled quickly and professionally. The rooms clearly feel like those of a five-star hotel, not a three-star one. The staff were all extremely polite and professional, without exception—especially Suhail, who is responsible for organizing breakfast; Hanif Khan, who takes care of the rooms; and Harris, who handles check-in and check-out procedures. The breakfast was excellent, and the view of the Prophet’s Mosque was truly stunning. I have had many experiences with other hotels throughout my life, but I have never seen such hospitality, generosity, and cleanliness in the rooms, bathrooms, floors, and towels like in this hotel. It was an unforgettable experience. Even though I stayed for only four days, it felt like four years to me. It was more than just a stay—it felt like a dream, and I hope to repeat it again, God willing. The blessing of the place, being near the Prophet’s Mosque, adds to its value. At the same time, it is a clean and beautiful hotel where you can eat without any concern about hygiene—on the contrary, it is outstanding in every way. We stayed in this hotel from 28th December 2025 to 1st January 2026. We had a wonderful time at Mysk Al Balad hotel, thanks to the lovely staff. Everyone was courteous and smiling. We were invited for a complementary dinner for all our stay and I must say that both breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of variety. I forgot the name of the manager at the dining hall. He was an absolute gentleman. Room service was very efficient and the rooms and the bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Masjid e Nabwi is right accross the hotel (Gate 305). Insha Allah will come back and stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Mysk Al Balad hotel for making our stay so so special.
