During my visit to Medina, I must say I am truly impressed by its exceptional hospitality and convenient location this hotel. Just a short walk from Al Nabawi Mosque, the hotel made it incredibly easy to attend prayers and explore the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay, which was the highlight of my experience. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 5 for its outstanding service and proximity to the mosque.
We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Its location is fantastic—just a short walk from Gate 328 of Al Haram, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. One of the things we appreciated most was the hotel's size. It isn't overly large, so there was almost never any waiting for the elevators, even during busy hours. The facilities are modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom amenities were excellent, and the elegant interior design created a luxurious yet peaceful atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by the room size. It was much more spacious than we expected and comfortably accommodated our family of four. Most importantly, every member of the hotel team was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely polite. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We left as very happy guests and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Madinah. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
I had a wonderful stay at the Diyar Ajwa Hotel in Madinah. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming throughout my visit. A special thank you to Aijaz Khan, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous. He went out of his way to assist with my luggage and made me feel genuinely welcome. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
We had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Tapestry in Madinah, and a big part of that was thanks to Remas and Zahra. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Both Remas and Zahra went above and beyond to assist us with every request, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. Their attention to detail, patience, and willingness to help made our stay so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The room service was also excellent—prompt, efficient, and consistently of a high standard. Overall, the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. The only small area for improvement would be ensuring that all team members have a thorough understanding of the quality assurance standards and benefits associated with Hilton Honors Diamond membership. This would help avoid any misunderstandings or situations that may unintentionally cause embarrassment or inconvenience to Diamond members and would further enhance an already excellent guest experience. Thank you, Remas and Zahra, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our visit to Madinah so memorable. Diyar Ajwa is a brand new hotel by Hilton and it is setting the new standard in Madinah Tayyiba. Honestly, everything is really amazing! From the decor and ambiance, to the breakfast buffet, we even enjoyed the dinner buffet which was such a pleasure- instead of long lines at eateries the buffet was hot and fresh and no need to wait, just enjoy! The service and staff were all exceptional, and memorable from check-in to our porter and the Resturant staff. The rooms are very comfortable and our cleaner made extra effort to make our family feel happy - Mohamed Yaseen. The welcome coffee and Karak tea were some of the best I ever ever had, really impressed at every step within this gem of a hotel in the holy city. Dining with a view of the Masjid.
