I stayed at this hotel for one night and have just checked out. The moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by the receptionist Taghreed who made the check in process seamless and even offered me to have a look at the room before I vetoed which was so appreciated by me. I had requested the bed to be made a certain way before I arrived and she told me she had taken care to do exactly what I had wanted. The room was very clean and all amenities you would expect from a high end hotel were provided here. The bed was very comfortable and the checkout process was very lovely as well. Taghreed made a very good impression as far as hospitality goes an I will definitely be recommending this hotel for its perfect location and lovely service . The metro station is just a minute away so all in all a great stay!
I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The room was very large and had a modern design. The hotel is new and everything is stylish. It’s in a great location right next to the metro station On the plus side, they offer free underground parking. On the minus side: the breakfast buffet was a bit monotonous and not super tasty but it was fine.
Neat and clean. All items are available. Staffs are very friendly.
The hotel was spotless and ideally situated. During my stay, I experienced a small issue related to a client matter, and the general manager handled it with great professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciated the service and would definitely recommend this hotel.
